All of my bronzes are made using the lost wax method. Wax models are made and encased within the silica shells, then melted.
Here, molten metal is poured inside. Bronze is 97% copper and 3% tin. Once set, screws are carefully removed from the silica moulds and polished.
Finally, the Bronze patina is established using a cocktail of acid applications using French patination techniques.
